SNAP 2017

Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Test is a national-level management entrance examination, conducted by Symbiosis International University (SIU). SNAP test scores are valid for admission to 15 institutes under SIU. The scores are also valid for admission to various other MBA or equivalent courses.

SNAP 2017 registrations began on Aug 22, 2017, and the last date to apply for the exam is Nov 24, 2017. SNAP Test has been scheduled for Dec 17, 2017. 

SNAP is a two-hour duration (from 2 pm to 4 pm) exam and is conducted in 102 cities all over India.

Every year, the admission team of SCMHRD conducts an interactive session ‘SNAP IT’ in 15 cities and 17 locations of India for the MBA aspirants to address all the issues aspirants may face during exam preparation. Last year, SNAP IT was held on December 10 and 11, 2016. The discussion includes recent changes in the exam pattern (if any), and ways to tackle them. Also, focus is laid on the key aspects of the interview and group discussions where members of SCMHRD share their personal experience. In the session, the aspirants are provided a general perspective to other exams as well. 

Test Fees

 Registration fees for SNAP 2017 is Rs 1750. 

Mode of Payment

 Candidates can choose to apply through i) Billdesk Gateway ii) Axis Bank Gateway iii) Indian Bank Gateway iv) Demand Draft.

 Online Payment:

Pay the test fee of Rs.1750/- (+ additional payment gateway charges at actuals) as per the instructions mentioned on the website for Payment of SNAP Test fee. (From August 10, 2017 to November 24, 2017)

Aspirants can also pay the fee through Demand Draft (DD) from any nationalised bank in favour of ‘Symbiosis Test Secretariat’ payable at Pune. While filling up the form one needs to fill in the DD details and send the print out of                 Payment Advice Form for DD and along with the DD to the following address:

Admit Cards

SNAP 2017 admit cards will be available for download from December 1,2017 Friday to December 17,2017. Candidates could download their respective admit cards from SNAP official website. Candidates have to affix a latest passport size colour photograph on the admit card, attested by a gazetted officer. Test takers need to carry admit cards along with a photo identity proof to the exam centre. The candidates are advised to keep SNAP test admit cards safe with them as they will further be used for verification of the student during GE, PI and WAT processes, if shortlisted. Duplicate admit card will not be issued.

·         Final year students are also eligible for SNAP test.

·         There’s no age limit for SNAP test.

Exam Pattern

SNAP Exam Pattern

·         No of Questions: The question paper will contain total 150 objective type questions.

·         Type of Exam: Each question will contain four optional answers, candidates have to choose the right answer.

·         Marking Scheme: Each correct response will carry 1 mark.

·         Negative Marking: Each incorrect response will lead to 25% negative marks.

·         Duration: The exam duration will be two hours (120 minutes).

·         Candidates note down use only blue or black ball point pen to answer.
