MAT 2017: All India Management Association (AIMA) conducts Management Aptitude Test (MAT) 2017 four times a year, for admissions to MBA/PGDM programmes at various management institutes. MAT 2017 is conducted in both online and offline modes in February, May, September, and December. MAT December 2017 is scheduled on December 3 and December 9 in offline and online modes respectively. The application form of MAT December 2017 will be made available from first week of October. MAT September 2017 was held on September 3 and September 9 in paper pencil and computer-based modes respectively


Minimum Criteria

Candidates must have a graduation degree from a recognised university or Institute.

Final year graduation students can also apply for MAT. They have to submit documents as a proof of completion of graduation within the prescribed time.

Application Process

MAT 2017 application forms will be available in both online and offline modes for the students to register. The application fee can be paid via both online (debit/credit or net banking) and offline mode (demand draft). MAT December 2017 application procedure is likely to begin in October 2017. The last date to apply in online mode is November 24, 2017.

 

In offline MAT application form filling process, candidates are required to obtain MAT Bulletin and CD from AIMA, New Delhi centres. Fill in the MAT 2017 application form and submit the same at the AIMA centres along with the application fee. The application fee is Rs. 1652, for all category candidates. 

Exam Pattern

MAT will be conducted in both offline and online modes, and a candidate can select any of the modes while filling the form. MAT 2017 will have 200 objective type questions divided into five sections. The duration of the MAT exam is two hours and 30 minutes (2:30 hrs). Candidates can check the detailed exam pattern of MAT 2017 from below table:
