B.Tech +M.Tech

(Dual Degree, Biotechnology)

Candidates should have born on or after July 01, 1997 to be eligible for Dual Degree (B.Tech+M.Tech) in Biotechnology.

Candidates are required to have passed class XII.

Candidates must have secured minimum aggregate marks of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology in their qualifying exam.

Application Process

Step 1: Register for KIITEE

Firstly, aspirants need to register for KIITEE on the official website of Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology. Please note that no application or examination fee will be charged for KIITEE.

Step 2: Download KIITEE 2018 Admit card

KIITEE 2018 admit cards can be downloaded from the official website of the exam. For this, the candidate has to visit the official website at any time between April, 2018 to May, 2018. 

Step 3: Appear for KIITEE 2018

KIITEE is conducted in the month of April. Aspirants are advised to reach the exam centre at least an hour before commencement of the exam.

Step 4: Check KIITEE 2018 exam result

KIITEE 2018 exam result will be declared in the month of May along with the exam rank card and merit list. The result will have a candidate's merit position, score-card with total marks, marks obtained in each subject. Separate merit lists will be prepared for all the programmes.

Step 5: Appear for KIITEE Counselling

Aspirants who clear the exam need to appear for KIITEE 2018 counselling which will be held in May-June.

  • KIITEE exam duration: 3 hours
  • Mode of exam: Online
  • Number of questions: 120 objective type questions; subjects will vary according to the applied course.
  • Marking scheme: Four marks will be awarded for each correct answer and there will be negative marking of One mark for each incorrect answer. There will be no negative marking for unanswered questions.
  • Language on the question paper: English
