Symbiosis International University conducts Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design (SEED) in order to offer admissions to aspirants in BDes programmes offered at Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID). Earlier known as SET for Design, SEED conducted by Symbiosis International University (SIU) for design course admissions evaluates candidates on spheres such as colour, geometry, visual observations, general design awareness, creative thinking abilities, awareness on Indian culture, craft, traditions and the likes. SEED conducted by SIU comprises of objective type questions.

On the basis of an aspirant’s performance in Symbiosis Institute of Design Test, he/she can secure admission in Bachelor of Design (BDes) programmes offered in disciplines such as Graphic Design (GD), Video Film Design (VFD), Animation Film Design (AFD), User Experience Design (UED), Product Design (PD), Interior Space Design (ISD), Fashion Design (FD) and Fashion Communication (FC) offered at SID. Test dates for SID Exam 2018 have been declared.

ARCH Academy of Design conducts All India Entrance Examination for Design (AIEED) in April and May for offering admissions to undergraduate programmes in Fashion and Design. AIEED is conducted in two stages- General Ability Test (GAT) and Creative Ability Test (CAT).

AIEED is a national level entrance exam conducted by ARCH Academy of Design, to offer admissions to Undergraduate and Post-Graduate programs in Design. The All India Entrance Examination for Design is conducted in both online and offline modes. It is organized in 2 series (phases) each year.

ARCH Academy of Design entrance exam is designed in such a way so as to test the “aesthetic sense, creativity & design sensitivity of students seeking fulfilling careers in the various fields of design. NID Entrance Test 2019 (National Institute of Design) will be organized by the NID itself. It offers UG & PG design courses in the institution and its affiliated campuses. Design Aptitude Test (DAT) is the exam through which candidates can get admission in the four years of (B.Des) & (M.Des)programmes. The GDPD (Graduate Diploma Programme in Design) is also offered at NID Vijayawada and NID Kurukshetra.

 

NID 2019 is national level entrance exam conducted by National Institute of Design for various UG and PG design courses scheduled to take place in January 2019.
