The Galgotias Engineering Entrance Examination (GEEE) is conducted by the Galgotias University, Greater Noida, for admissions to BTech and integrated BTech + MBA programs. GEEE is usually conducted between May and June every year.

 

GEEE 2018- Galgotias University will conduct GEEE 2018 on June 15 for admission into its 22 B.Tech programmes. Registration for GEEE 2018 has been started from December 15 online. Students who want to take admission in the institute must fill GEEE 2018 application form and submit it on or before May 31.

Minimum Criteria

To be eligible for GEEE 2018, applicants must fulfill all the requirement to appear for the exam. Mentioned below is the eligibility criteria for GEEE:

·         Candidates must have cleared 10+2 with at least 50% marks in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology) as compulsory subjects, from a recognized board.

·         Candidates who are going to appear for class 12th final examination in March 2019, too can apply for the exam.

·         Candidate must be an Indian citizen

Eligibility

Application Process

The application form for GEEE 2018 will be available soon. Candidates appearing for the exam can download the same from the official website of Galgotias University. There are three steps in the application process for GEEE 2018:

Step 1: Filling up the application form

·         Candidates must download the form as soon as the same is available online and fill in the details such as name, age, date of birth, phone number, email ID, course applied for, etc.

·         The comprehensive cost of application for GEEE is Rs.500, which included the costs of the application form, examination fee and the information booklet cum university brochure. 

·         Once the form is filled with accurate details, applications needs to select the payment option to pay their application fees.

Step 2: Payment of application fee

·         Candidates must pay their fee online only via Credit and Debit cards.

·         Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.

·         After the successful payment of application fee, candidates needs to take a print-out of the registration slip generated by the system.

·         This registration slip must be kept for future use.

·         Also note that, candidates must download the call letter directly from the university’s official website by filling in their DOB and application number sent through SMS/email.

Step 3: Submitting application form

·         Once the payment is done, candidates can submit the online application form for GEEE.

·         Candidates must also submit the originals of all relevant documents like Marksheets and Migration certificate, to the university office for verification, at the time of counselling. The original documents will be returned to candidates after verification.

·         Please note that, if the university finds any kind of discrepancy in the application form, the management reserves the final right to annul admission.

Candidates will be getting their admit card online before the exam begins.

Counselling Process

Once the exam is over, the selected candidates will be called for counselling process. Applicants must carry two sets of photocopies of following documents at the time of admission, to the university campus:

·         Admit Card for GEEE 2018

·         Class X Board Examination Marksheet

·         Class XII Board Examination Marksheet

·         Migration Certificate (if available)

·         Demand draft drawn in favor of “Galgotias University, Uttar Pradesh”, payable at Greater Noida/ Delhi/Noida for payment of fees.
