(Common Admission Test 2019)
The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) will conduct a computer-based Common Admission Test 2019 (CAT 2019) on Sunday, November 24, 2019 in two sessions. The Common Admission Test 2019 (CAT 2019) will be conducted by IIM as a pre-requisite for admission to various management programs of IIM. These programs are:

Common Admission Test Formally known as CAT is helding on this year on November 24,2019. Student wants to apply for CAT 2019 application can apply online application after August 7,2019 and application will end on September 18, 2019.Result for CAT 2019 will release on January 7, 2020.
CAT Entrance exam is a national level management exam by taking CAT student is eligible for all indian B-schools.

Admission process:
Please note that each IIM is free to mandate its eligibility criteria (including academic cut-offs and relative weights) and follows various selection procedures. Performance in the CA 2019 exam is an important component for consideration in the selection process. IIMs may use candidates' previous academic performance, relevant work experience, and other similar inputs to a short-list of candidates at various stages of the selection process. For more information, refer to the individual IIM's entry policies on their respective websites.
Follow the steps to apply CAT 2019 application :
Ø Student can visit the CAT official website link - https://iimcat.ac.in
Ø Registration form will appear to create the user profile.
Ø Enter personal details like name,city,contact no,etc. are provide
Ø Candidates will have to verify their mobile number through OTP.
Ø Once the OTP is verified, candidates will receive an email containing their User ID and Password. The same will also be sent on the registered mobile number.
Ø Login using these credentials to proceed with the application process.

Test centres:
CAT will be conducted in centers spread across 156 test cities. Test cities will be mentioned in CAT cities and the name of the examination center will be indicated in the admit card. IIM reserves the right to change or cancel any examination center / city and / or change the time and date of the test at its discretion.
CAT 2019 (Common Admission Test 2019) Eligibility Criteria :
Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIMK) has provided CAT 2019 eligibility criteria. As per the eligibility criteria of CAT 2019, candidates have to fulfill the required academic certificate prescribed by IIM, Kozhikode which will conduct the examination. CAT eligibility criteria 2019 also mentions category wise criteria which have been set by the authorities. CAT is conducted every year for candidates in computer-based mode, who want to get a management degree from IIMs as well as admission to other B-schools that accept candidates based on CAT score.
Ø The candidate should have a bachelor's degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) categories, to be awarded. Any university or educational institution incorporated in India by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature or deemed to be a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or recognized by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government Officer India of equivalent qualification obtained.
Ø Candidates appearing for the final year of the Bachelor's degree / equivalent qualification exam and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting the results can also apply. However, it may be noted that such candidates, if selected, will be provisionally allowed to join the program if they present a certificate from the Principal / Registrar of their university / institute or by the concerned On or before the due date. Ø Candidates applying for CAT 2019 should fulfill any of the following conditions:
ü Completed Bachelor’s degree with the required percentage of marks*.

ü Should be in the final year of Bachelor’s degree with required percentage*.
v SC/ST/PwD candidates should have minimum 45%. For General, EWS and NC-OBC candidates, the minimum is 50%.
Ø The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate will be followed by the concerned university / institute on the basis of practice. In case of Grade / CGPA, percentage conversion of marks will be on the basis of process certified by the concerned University / Institute. If a university / institute confirms that there are no plans to convert CGPA into equivalent marks, equality will be established by dividing the candidate's CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result by 100.
