AUCET- Andhra University Common Entrance Test
Andhra University Common Entrance Test (AUCET) is conducted by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam in order to provide admission to candidates in postgraduate courses offered under the streams of Science, Commerce, Humanities, Management, Teaching, and Mass Communication. On the basis of their scores in AUCET exam candidates are offered admission in Andhra University and its affiliated colleges as well as Dr BR Ambedkar University, Srikakulam and its affiliated colleges.By qualifying the AUCET 2020 entrance exam, the eligible candidates will be able to get into various PG Arts, Science, Law and Engineering courses offered at the AUCET participating colleges. AUCET is a gateway exam for students aspiring to get admission into the Postgraduate courses offered by the Andhra University and its affiliated colleges. Other than the graduates, students appearing in their final year qualifying examination can also apply for AUCET 2020. The notification for AUCET 2020 will be released online, most probably, during the month of March.

AUCET 2020 Eligibility Criteria
AUCET 2020 Eligibility Criteria as issued by the Directorate of Admission Andhra University are mentioned below:
Nationality and Domicile
Candidates must be a citizen of India.
Candidate should belong to the Andhra Pradesh state and must hold a valid proof of the state’s residency as subsequently amended in the Andhra Pradesh State, Educational Institutions 1974.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized board as equivalent to as Andhra University with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
Candidates who have appeared/appearing for their final year examination in 2019 only are eligible.
Age Limit
There is no age limit to appear for AUCET 2020
The maximum eligible age to apply for a fee reimbursement for reserved classes (SC/ST) is 34 and for EBC/Minorities/Disabled candidates is 30 years.
AUCET 2020 Application Process
First of all, applicants should have to go on the official website of Andhra University.
They should have to search the ‘Apply Online’ link and click on it. They have to read the important instructions carefully to fill the application form.
The applicants should have to fill all the required details in the application form and upload the required documents.
After that, they need to make the payment of application fee through online mode by using credit, debit or net banking, etc
