Indian Institute of Technology In keeping with India s vision to become a world leader in Science and Technology and to usher in a new revolution, resulting in an unprecedented economic growth, Government of India reassessed the need of technical manpower and decided to set up eight new IITs. Six of them started functioning back from the academic year 2008-09. These were established at Hyderabad, Gandhinagar, Rajasthan, Ropar, Patna and Bhubaneswar. IIT Indore and IIT Mandi started functioning from July 2009.
IIT provides B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc, Ph.D program affiliated by AICTE in various specialization of it’s marketing,finance,HR,IT etc.

Most things here arr under development which is one of the major drawback for us. But the point is all things which they are making and planned to build in future are so nice that they will be worth to wait. But we can't enjoy it. As we will be passing out of the college. So our Juniors will enjoy.
