Ganga Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM), Jhajjar was established in 2008 by Pawan Ganga Educational Society. GITAM is approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and Affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana & Haryana State Board of Technical Education (HSBTE, Panchkula).GITAM is also Recognized under Section 2(f) of UGC Act , 1956.

GITAM has been treading the path of rapid development as per an orderly charted action plan since its started. The same is reflected in GITAM's results and placements. 690 students were ranked in 2018 – 19 out of which 29 students secured 1st Position.
