Ganga Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM), Jhajjar was established in 2008 by Pawan Ganga Educational Society. GITAM is approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and Affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, Haryana & Haryana State Board of Technical Education (HSBTE, Panchkula).

GITAM has been treading the path of rapid development as per an orderly charted action plan since its started. The same is reflected in GITAM's results and placements. 576 students were ranked in 2017 - 18 out of which 23 students secured 1st Position. 15 students of its received Gold Medals in the concocation of MDU, Rohtak, Haryana. 150+ companies visited in the campus in the session 2017-18.
