The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) today released its Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) entrance examination results.

This year the exam was conducted on two days, May 26 and May 27, in two shifts on each day. It is estimated that close to 3.5 lakh to 4 lakh students had appeared in the AIIMS MBBS exam .

The exam results have been released for Bachelors in Medicine, Bachelors for Surgery and MBBS courses offered through AIIMS MBBS exam at AIIMS Patna, AIIMS Bhopal, AIIMS Jodhpur, AIIMS Bhubaneswar, AIIMS Rishikesh, AIIMS Paipur, AIIMS Guntur and AIIMS Nagpur. Earlier, the authorities at AIIMS were to declare the exam results on June 12. However, the date was further postponed to June 18.
The AIIMS MBBS results 2018 can be checked on the All India Institute of Medical Science's official website aiimsexams.org 

Candidates will be able to check their results by submitting the required credentials. Take a look below at the step by step guide to check AIIMS MBBS 2018 results online:

Step 1: Visit the official website

Step 2: Navigate to the results link

Step 3: On clicking, a page will appear asking your roll number and date of birth as entered at the time of registrations

Step 4: Enter and submit

Step 5: View and download your AIIMS MBBS 2018 results

Candidates are advised to take a print out of their AIIMS MBBS 2018 rank and score card and preserve it for future reference.

                   Soon after the exam results are announced, AIIMS authorities will begin with the document verification and seat allotment process. As per the official notification released, the online registrations and choice filling process is likely to commence from the first week of July. The document verification and seat allotment process will be held at AIIMS Delhi to allocate seats to the eligible candidates offered into MBBS courses across all nine AIIMS centres. This is the first time that the authorities will conduct AIIMS MBBS 2018 counselling in online mode. The schedule for AIIMS MBBS 2018 counselling process will be released in due time.
